AREAS OF PRACTICE
- Private Law Children: Laura regularly represents parents and family members in applications for a Child Arrangements Order (formerly known as residence and contact), including applications for Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Parental Responsibility and for leave to remove from the jurisdiction. She has experience of cases involving issues of alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence and mental health concerns.
- Injunctions: Laura is frequently instructed in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
- Finance: Laura advises and acts in all aspects of matrimonial and related enforcement proceedings. Her practice encompasses First Direction Appointments, Financial Dispute Resolutions and Final Hearings. She also accepts instructions in TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act claims.
- Divorce: Laura has experience of contested divorce and nullity proceedings.
