New Guidance on Alienating Behaviours (previously Parental Alienation)

On 11 December 2024, the Family Justice Council published its new ‘Guidance on responding to a child’s unexplained reluctance, resistance or refusal to spend time with a parent and allegations of alienating behaviour’. This 30-page document offers new and up to date guidance on how practitioners and the Family Court approach allegations of alienating behaviours (previously ‘parental alienation’).

Extending Time to Register a Charge at Companies House: Tips and Pitfalls
