Fenners encompasses a family team with over 30 practicing members providing representation and advice in all areas of family law. We service matters in relation to Care Proceedings, Private Law Children and Financial Remedy. The Family Practice Group represents parents, spouses, partners, children’s guardians, local authorities and extended family members throughout all areas of family law.
