Called to the Bar in 2019
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, Eve has worked as an in-house children law specialist in the public sector and became the Principal Lawyer for Cambridgeshire County Council’s children law team in 2017. Eve is an experienced advocate who has focussed on court work throughout her career and obtained the Law Society’s Higher Rights accreditation in 2012.
Eve transferred to the bar in July 2019 when she joined chambers and has since enjoyed a busy practice. She is friendly and professional and committed to achieving the best possible results for her clients.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
- Public Law
Eve’s practice covers the full range of children law cases, both public and private law. She also undertakes inquests in the Coroner’s Court.
Eve is experienced in providing training for professionals on preparing statements and giving evidence at court and has also given lectures on key topics in children law.
Eve accepts instructions to appear at Inquests for families, medical professionals and organisations.
Eve accepts instructions on the full range of private law children cases including child arrangements, special guardianship, specific issue disputes and relocation.
Eve also accepts instructions in all areas of public law children law cases representing the local authority, parents and children.
