WHAT OTHERS SAY

Excellent communication, advice, representation and professionalism throughout. Eve Chowdhury provided the sense of being in a safe pair of hands, I would thoroughly recommend

Eve was impressive and persuasive. Thank you for making such a painful process go so smoothly and successfully: I'm very grateful.

Eve was brilliant in court and she made me feel at ease, she explained everything to me all the way through and even after the verdict. I couldn't have asked for a better barrister fighting for me to have my son, I am so grateful to her.

I was extremely happy and appreciative of Eve’s representation - she put across my position entirely. What I was most impressed with was her delivery of information in court, which was highly professional yet passionate with the child at the centre.

I instructed Eve Chowdhury on a difficult case, which included a final hearing with an unusually high volume of witnesses, including experts and professionals. Eve took the time to prepare fully and thoroughly. She took time to consult with me every step along the way, and provided a high level of professional service on this matter.

Eve accepts instructions to appear at Inquests for families, medical professionals and organisations.

Eve accepts instructions on the full range of private law children cases including child arrangements, special guardianship, specific issue disputes and relocation.

Eve also accepts instructions in all areas of public law children law cases representing the local authority, parents and children.
