Fenners Criminal Practice Group
Fenners Criminal Practice Group is one of the leading teams of criminal counsel in the East of England, providing specialist advocacy and advice. We aim to provide a professional and approachable service to all our clients, including troubled individuals with challenging expectations.
We are happy to provide advice at an early stage of proceedings, which may include telephone advice to solicitors, attending at police stations, or holding conferences soon after charge. The Criminal Practice Group is conscious of the need to maintain effective communication and ensure that results, action plans and court directions are clearly communicated to those who instruct them. We collaborate efficiently with solicitors to ensure costs are minimised.
Members of the Criminal Practice Group appear in Crown Courts throughout East Anglia and the East Midlands in every level of case, including very high costs cases (VHCC), as well as prosecuting and defending in the Magistrates Courts.
