  • Financial Relief Orders on Divorce: a broad spectrum of cases from those in which there are substantial assets to those in which assets are more limited. Cases involving business interests, pensions, third party claims, overseas assets, pre-marital assets, concealment and dissipation of assets..
  • Child arrangements orders: including cases in which there are issues about domestic abuse, alcohol or drug abuse, alienating behaviours, mental health, implacable hostility, vulnerable parties and children with additional needs. Also cases involving removal of a child from the jurisdiction to live overseas or for holidays.
  • Specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders: including cases in which there are issues about which school a child attends, change of name, medical treatments and preventing contact with specific individuals.
