Carlo Coccaro
Called to the Bar in 2007
Carlo’s practice incorporates all financial aspects upon the breakdown of relationships including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, disputes between cohabiting couples and financial provision for children. He is ranked in both the 2026 editions of Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
Carlo sits as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Special Educational Needs and Disability). He has also recently been appointed as a Deputy District Judge, sitting on the South-Eastern Circuit and is available to sit as a private FDR evaluator.
