Carlo’s practice incorporates all financial aspects upon the breakdown of relationships including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, disputes between cohabiting couples and financial provision for children. He is ranked in both the 2025 editions of Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.

Carlo has recently been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Special Educational Needs and Disability).
