Alicia joined Fenners in September 2019, having successfully completed her pupillage in chambers.

Before joining chambers, Alicia spent time working as a family and childcare paralegal at a London based firm of Solicitors. Alicia regularly advised and represented clients in injunctive proceedings, as well as in public and private law children proceedings.

Since starting on her feet in March 2019, Alicia has gained a broad experience in criminal, civil and family law.

She welcomes instructions across the range of chambers’ practice areas and is available to advise in writing or conference as well as representing clients at hearings.

Alicia accepts instructions from solicitors and will soon accept instructions from members of the public on a direct access basis.

PRIVACY POLICY

Alicia has a growing practice in family law, with a focus on public children care cases. Prior to pupillage, Alicia spent two years working as a paralegal at a London firm of Solicitors, specialising in public and private children law proceedings. She also advised and represented clients in injunctive proceedings.

Alicia accepts instructions in all areas of family law, including public and private children proceedings, injunctive proceedings and matrimonial finance.

Alicia’s practice encompasses a broad range of personal injury litigation. Since starting on her feet, Alicia has represented clients at a range of personal injury hearings, including fast track trials, small claims trials, stage 3 hearings and infant settlements.

In addition to representing clients at hearings, Alicia is also available to provide advice in writing or in conference. She also accepts instructions on a conditional fee basis where applicable.
