Sexton v Gill REF/2013/0472 (FTT Property Chamber Land Registration, Judge  Owen Rhys 1 July 2014 and 23 November 2015). Application including issues of adverse possession, the proper construction of previous conveyances, closure of Respondent’s possessory title due to mistaken registration, the grant of possessory title to Applicants,  the effect of parallel County Court proceedings for possession.

Turrill v Norris- REF/2013/0472 (FTT Property Chamber Land Registration, Judge McAllister 16 February 2016). Opposing application for registration of a prescriptive right of way to turn vehicles.

Professional Structural Services Ltd v Arnold - REF/2018/0223 (FTT Property Chamber Land Registration, Judge Hargreaves 9 August 2019.  Application for adverse possession of land used as a driveway.

Wisbey, Wisbey, Smith & Smith v Cooper  & Cooper – Claim No:J00PE322 (County Court, Recorder Gibbons  4/11/2024). Opposing numerous claims raising a number of issues including issues of proper construction of previous conveyances, extent of rights of way, trespass, nuisance, acquisition of easement by prescription, analysis of expert evidence and the courts powers to alter the Register for mistake.
