We’re delighted to have received a Live Brief Award award from Anglia Ruskin University in recognition of our partnership with the Cyber Security and Digital Forensics course.
Earlier this year, Isobel Morath and pupil barrister Samuel Walker swapped the Bar for the bench, taking on the role of judges in the students’ mock court assessment. Over two days, students presented evidence based on a cyber-crime investigation they had been working on for several months, with Sam and Izzy putting their advocacy and expert witness skills to the test through questioning from the bench.
A huge thank you to Senior Lecturer Practitioners Andrew Moore and Steve Shepherd MBE for visiting Chambers to present the award and to everyone at ARU for having us involved!
