Terry was a practising civil engineer for many years. Amongst other areas of his practice as an engineer Terry was involved in the design of many structures including bridges.

Since becoming a lawyer, Terry has become an experienced contract and professional negligence lawyer with particular interests in construction law, Party Wall Act litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
