- Child arrangements orders: including cases in which there are issues about domestic abuse, alcohol or drug abuse, alienating behaviours, mental health, implacable hostility, vulnerable parties and children with additional needs.
- Specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders: including cases in which there are issues about which school a child attends, change of name, medical treatments and preventing contact with specific individuals.
