Fenners Personal Injury Practice Group
The Fenners Personal Injury Practice Group advises and represents claimants and defendants involved in all types of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The size and nature of the Personal Injury Practice Group ensures we provide prompt, reliable advice and effective advocacy.
Our premises and conference facilities are readily accessible by anyone whose accident has disabled them, and we are always happy to see people in their own homes.
Much of our work for claimants is undertaken on a conditional fee basis, based on the current PIBA Conditional Fee Agreement. Members of our Personal Injury Practice Group accept work directly from members of the public under the Bar’s Public Access scheme, and, in those cases where it is still available, undertake publicly funded work.
