E –v- B: permanent removal of a child from England to the U.S.A.

B –v- R: contact dispute about a child in the U.S.A. and a parent in England

Re Y: a parent, who had brought about the death of the other parent, seeking contact to the children of the family

Re X: care proceedings in respect of a child whose sibling had been killed by their mother

Re B: care proceedings in respect of children who had suffered life-threatening injuries at the hands of their mother
