Our clerking and administrative teams continue to work in Covid secure “bubbles”, both in chambers and from home. They are though, all within our seamless communications network, so that we can sustain our usual standards of service. Please continue to send briefs or papers to the clerking team electronically whenever possible. If you need to send hard copies please liaise with the team first.
Our barristers will conduct cases in whatever way the court directs- by actual court attendance, by video or by phone. In the same way we will hold meetings in the manner that works best for you- video, phone or in-person. Our witness suite provides a secure and comfortable environment for parties who need to be with their barrister during remote court hearings.
