Caroline is a Grade 3 CPS prosecutor and prosecutes and defends a wide range of offences including multi-handed cases, serious drugs, violence and dishonesty. She also prosecutes for Local Authorities for a variety of regulatory offences.
Caroline’s residential landlord and tenant practice includes dealing with cases involving tenants with mental illness and complex issues.
Caroline has returned to undertaking family law work acting for the Local Authority, children (through their Guardian) and parents in both public and private law areas. She also undertakes work involving family law injunctions.
Caroline is qualified to accept instructions on a Direct Access basis.
