Anthony also undertakes property-related insolvency and professional negligence work, as well as nuisance and trespass claims. Anthony accepts instructions as an arbitrator, expert and legal assessor on property related matters, and has written and lectured extensively on property topics.

He is a native of Tyneside and, before starting practice, held a full university lectureship in Land Law at the University of Durham.
